     Snake whips, also known as black snakes, are whips that are flexible throughout their entire length allowing them to be coiled up tightly and packed into a large pocket or saddle bag. They are measured in a similar manner as bullwhips, which is from the butt end of the "handle" to the fall hitch.  These whips are constructed with a bb loaded core, an 8 plait belly, a 12 plait belly and a 16 plait overlay.  To your preference, the point can be finished off in a 6 or 4 plait traditional fall hitch, or a tapered twist.  A 6 plait wrist-loop can be added for an additional charge of $5.  Each whip includes a spare fall and 3 crackers.
