This nylon bullwhip is for those who want a thick-handled or heavy bullwhip. This whip starts off with a nylon or shot-loaded core on your choice of either a steel or fiberglass handle foundation. That is then folowed by an 8 plait belly, a 12 plait belly, a 16 plait belly, and finishes in a 20 plait overlay. The handle diameter is about 7/8 of an inch.
To give you an idea of weight, an 8 foot Tank Bullwhip with a 12 inch steel handle weighs in at: 1 pound, 11 ounces (765 grams). The point can be finished in an Aussie style fall hitch or a tapered twist.
